The Kitchen Cabinets Manufactures Association awarded Bertch Cabinets its Environmental Stewardship Program certification for commitment to the responsible use of natural resources through sound environmental management and sustainable practices.

Certification to the program is based on compliance of 18 different criteria in 5 major areas:

LEGACY CABINETS (SEMI CUSTOM CABINETS)

Doors and Drawer Fronts:
Doors and Drawer Fronts are manufactured in house by Bertch Craftsmen.

Drawer Boxes:
Drawer box sides, front and back are 5/8" thick solid birch dovetailed at all four corners. Drawer bottoms are 1/4" thick plywood.

Drawer Slides:
Drawer slides are an epoxy coated undermount, 3/4 extension, self-closing on nylon rollers for silent movement. They are lifetime guaranteed and have a load rating of 75 pounds.

Upgrades:
Undermont 3/4 extensin Drawer Slides:
Tandem Drawer slides are umdermounted, 3/4 extension, and are mechanical self closing with an easy release mechanism. They have a load rating of 100 lbs per pair.

Undermount Soft Motion Full Extension Drawer Slides:
Drawer slides are full extension undermount, soft motion self closing with an easy release
mechanism. They have a load rating of 100 lbs. per pair.

Frames:
Face frames are 1 1/2” x 3/4” solid wood.

Case Work:
Sides: Cabinet sides are 1/2" thick, 5-ply, veneer core plywood with natural birch melamine interior.

Tops and Bottoms: Backs are 1/8" material with natural birch melamine.

Backs:
Backs are 1/8” natural birch plywood. Backs are set into solid wood cleats

Hardware:
Pulls and knobs are available in a variety of styles and are furnished with each order.

Shelves:
Shelves are 3/4" thick particleboard substrate with natural birch melamine both sides and front edge.

Toekick:
Base cabinets are supplied with 1/2" thick material.

MARKETPLACE CABINETS (MID RANGE)

Doors and Drawer Fronts are manufactured in house by Bertch Craftsmen.

Drawer box sides, front and back are 5/8" thick engineered board in Natural Birch Melamine.

Drawer Box Option:
Drawer box sides, front and back are 5/8" thick solid birch dovetailed at all four corners. Drawer bottoms are 1/4" thick plywood.

Drawer bottom is 1/4” thick plywood.

Drawer Slides:
Drawer slides are softmotion full extension undermount undermount drawer glides allow an
extra 3" in length to the actual drawer box on 21" deep base cabinets. They have a load rating
of 100 lbs. per pair.

Frames:
Face frames are 1 1/2” x 3/4” solid wood.

Case Work:
Sides: All cabinet sides are 3/4” thick, veneer core plywood with wood veneer both sides.

Backs:
Backs are 1/4” natural birch plywood. Backs are set into solid wood cleats

Interiors:
Interiors are completely finished in natural birch on all cabinets.

Hardware:
Pulls and knobs are available in a variety of styles and are furnished with each order.

Toekick:
Base cabinets are supplied with 1/2" thick material.

BERTCH CABINETS HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY

Bertch Cabinet Mfg., Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material or workmanship for as long as they are owned by the
original purchaser. Bertch Cabinet Mfg., Inc., at their choice, may elect to repair
or replace any Bertch product covered by this warranty.

This warranty does not apply where items have been improperly stored or improperly installed. This warranty does not cover the following: costs of removing warranted material or the installation of replacement material, natural variations and aging inherent in wood, normal wear and tear or damage/defects caused by mis-use, abuse, negligence or modification in any way. This warranty does not apply to products purchased without finish.

Bertch Cabinet Mfg., Inc. reserves the right to inspect claimed defective products. No returns, replacements or repairs may be made
without prior written consent. Some replacement parts may vary from those originally supplied and are subject to availability.

This warranty is the sole warranty of Bertch Cabinet Mfg., Inc. and in lieu of all other warranties, express implied, including any implied
warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. Labor charges for removal of or installation of warranted material as well as
incidental or consequential damages are excluded. We do not assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our
product.

Special Door Considerations:
The purchaser agrees to let doors that are warped 1/4” or less to hang for one season (Spring) before replacement is requested.
Typically a door will return to its normal flat position once it is acclimated to temperature and humidity conditions. Prior to requesting a
replacement for a warped door, please be sure the door has been installed properly.

Special Thermofoil Product Considerations:
This warranty does not apply to any thermofoil products installed without the use of properly installed heat shields, adjacent to
appliances or fixtures, such as lighting that generates high temperatures.

Special Oasis Considerations:
This warranty shall not apply to damage from the following: Improper installation or fabrication, physical or chemical abuse, exposure to
excessive heat or improper maintenance including improper adhesive, caulk or grout.
