Prestige Renovations is a full service Kitchen & Bathroom remodeling firm. Our firm is family owned and operated, with over 30 years of experience. We pride ourselves on being a "one stop shop", meaning we will design your project, provide all of the materials from our designer showroom, and execute all of the installations.
Our main Illinois service area is the north and northwestern suburbs. We do however service the northwest side of Chicago as well.
Prestige is located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and offers a large kitchen and bathroom showroom, showcasing the latest in kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, tile, countertops, bath fixtures and more.

Good design does not have to break the bank! We help our customer's understand the various levels of quality and pricepoints throughout each product line. One on one service in our private showroom ensures you are making well educated decisions, before committing to a product for your next remodel.
We are constantly running specials and sales. We usually update the main page of our site to reflect all of the new sales, or you can check with your project manager.
With the downturn in the market, our pricing and product selection has gotten even more competitive!
Financing
We offer two financing options for our customers. We have offered this program for many years, but these are more valuable now than ever. With banks, reducing equity lines or removing them all together, these financing options take on a whole new meaning.
These are not tied into your equity or property value and approvals are quick and easy. All of our financing programs are bank run, and are low fee, insured loans. You can read more about our finance options here.
To apply for a loan, simply download the credit application on our finance page, and submit it to your project manager. Most loans are approved within 24 hours.

We are fully licensed, bonded & insured. We carry a 2 million dollar commercial liability insurance policy, and your home and belongings are covered under our policy.

In House Design Team
All of our custom design is provided to our customers free of charge. Our in house designers are cross trained to not only design your project and assist you with material selections, but to also manage your project from start to finish. This means you will deal with the same person during the entire duration of the project, making your experience less stressful and more enjoyable.
All of our design work is performed on a CAD based system called 20/20 Design. Your completed 20/20 drawings become your blueprint and our expert installers follow this guide upon installation of your new kitchen or bathroom. Our design service is complimentary to all customers purchasing a complete project.
From a timeless staple to a sleek contemporary design every design we create is based on form and function. Whether we are working on color & texture or cabinet design & placement, the focus is always on our customers and their needs. After all it is your home, and the final product should reflect your personal style.
We believe a good design is visually pleasing, functional and cost effective. Our designs are intended to stand the test of time, and have universal appeal, making your home enjoyable by all who enter. Our design showroom, along with our CAD based design makes visualizing your new space easy. We have a very methodical process when working with color and texture, and invite you to put our skills to the test!
Kitchen and Bath Showroom
Our showroom consists of 4000 square feet of the finest materials available. You will find top name brands as well as more unique items on display. In fact, we pride ourselves on finding those unique items that are of better quality without the large price tag.
We recently, have updated many of the displays in our showroom. New additions include a new Bertch display, Welborne Forest display, five new tile displays, a media area and so much more!

Professional Kitchen and Bathroom Installations
All of our designs are fully executed by our professional installation teams. Each team is fully supervised by your project forman. All of our projects are executed on a continuous basis, meaning we will not jump from project to project. We are at your home until the project is complete!
Your project manager, communicates with you and our installation team to ensure your project runs smoothly and effeciently. By having one point of contact, inportant details are not lost in the shuffle.
